Can albinos have silver hair?

OMG Do you even realise what albino is? They have no or very little pigments in their skin and body, which makes them colourless, i.e, white...how does 'silver' match THAT?

But with hair DYE, yeah, but not naturally.

in hair silver would be a shade of kinda white, depends on how light hits it i guess, but albinos can have reallyh whitish, or blondish, i wudnt doubt silver

not normally, it could be any color they want if they dye it.
