Can all animals experience a dream?

do all birds, mammals and Reptiles dream during sleep?

if so what could an octopus dream about?

dreams are due to your mind randomly creating stories out of images stored in your mind. so if these animals do have memory, which i think they do, and if they also have REM sleep, then it is highly likely that they do dream. how they interpret it though is only known to them, unless you understand octopus
