  1. Yes....Evaporate the water and collect the condensation should work


  2. yep for the most part....irradiated (radioactive) water may not be treatable but I'd say almost every type is

  3. In theory, yes. Distillation will work. In practice, you might not find it to be economically feasible. That is why, in 1977, Saudi Arabia was seriously considering a French scheme to tow an Antarctic iceberg into the Red Sea to provide them with drinking water. Luckily, someone had an attack of common sense. Unluckily, nobody built a solar distillation plant to do the same thing in the area that gets more insolation than anywhere else on Earth.

  4. You cannot treat all water. Water surrounds the entire world. It is too huge in quantity that you cannot imagine. The things which is grasped in our imagination , how can any one t reat the water.
