totally depends on the state laws. I think that cali requires you to be of 21 age to serve alcohol like a bartender. but i think you can be a waitress and serve it to customers.

In Australia they can, as long as they have an RSA certificate....actually I think it's different laws for resteraunts and stuff, if you're in doubt contact your local police dep. and find out from them.
