I have to agree with windowman, particularly since you don't mention the height and width...could be a lot more hassle getting it in and out of the Trailblazer as opposed to a pick up.

it's not so much the length, but the height and width you need to worry about. another concern is how far you plan on taking it and what kind of roads. if it is a new couch and it doesn't cost too much to have it delivered, you may be better off, or check into renting a pick up or van from u-haul. (small truck is like 19.95 to 29.95)
