Can an African American truly get a job teaching in Asia?

i was told that it would be almost impossible especially in a country like Korea, so will someone please tell me if it is true or not

I would say probably not Japan but possibly China, Vietnam and maybe South Korea. It really depends. I would do more research to see. Often times recruiters assume they will have a hard time placing qualified African American teachers therefore to strongly discourage applicants. Demand they cite policies, sources and other evidence for their conclusions before coming to any of your own.

If you speak English really fluently, and not much accent, then I am sure you will get a job in China.

Not in Japan though.
