im looking to purchase an hd camcorder and was just wondering id be able to use it with my hp slimline computer

  1. It should work on your PC..all PC's are HD capable--always have been

  3. If you plan to edit your footage than you will need two things: 1) An editing software capable of importing and handling HD footage and 2) A computer meeting the requirements for that software. About a 3.0GHz processor and at least 2GB of ram is what you'll need for most HD capable programs.

    As for the software, look into Adobe Premiere Elements and Sony Vegas
