Does anyone have an iguana and a bearded dragon that you let hang out together? So far mine get along good. They always seem to look for one another. Im wondering if its because my beardie might be a female. I know my Iguana is a male but Im not sure about my dragon.

  1. I'm sure anything will work. my friend of 30 years lives in chicago. he has a 5 foot iguana, black lab mix, and a black cat. the 3 were all raised together and chase each other around to play. it is fun to watch.the iguana is litter box trained and has large shelves on the wall to climb on. it has never been in a cage. the heat lights are on the wall along with it's food dish. it also sleeps on his waterbed. like i said it is fun to watch. so yes I believe anything can get along.

  2. I don't think so.  However, the iguana will probably attack the beardie at some point.

  3. i would be cautious.  Iguanas in general are solitary and although they may be behaving now, if it decided to attack the beardie it could do alot of damage.
