  2. Though it is thought that all Sikhs eat non Vegetarian food, there are some sects amongst the Sikhs that do not touch meat. For them it is religious thing.

    Then there are certain Sikhs who take an Holy Oath / Vow not to touch meat and alcohol.

    Whilst others do so for personal reasons like health.

    But most Sikhs enjoy eating meat.

  3. most Sikh (and not seikh) people eat meat.  the cow is also considered to be religious and beef is avoided.  however the fav food of sikhs is butter chicken with loads of butter and of course to save on calories - diet pepsi!! (dont mean to be racist - just trying to be funny - please dont get offended)
