  1. An MRI would be able to find a bullet, but as an MRI uses a large magnet to do so, the risk of pulling the bullet out in the process and causing large damage makes the use of an MRI not necessary. An X-ray of the body, or a particular section would easily be able to find a bullet as the metal in the bullet would be far denser than any of the surrounding tissue and would appear clear on the image.


  2. Bullets, being made of metal, show up very well on plain x-ray.  

  3. Yes, MRI can found a bullet in a body. but a Bullet can also find easily with X-ray
