Can an Onkyo TX-SR304 push a JBL Venue SUB12 Subwoofer to its maximum potential?

I currently have the Onkyo TX-SR304 receiver and want to know if this receiver can push the JBL Venue SUB12 subwoofer to it's peak. I really don't want to purchase a new receiver, but at the same time I want a sub that will really rattle the walls with this receiver.

the JBL Sub you reference is a powered subwoofer - it has its own amplifier.  Unless you are bypassing that amp, the power of the Onkyo is irrelevant - it is only sending signal to the sub amp
