Just wondering if an administrator in an office can keep track of what websites we surf using WiFi via laptop.

  1. Yes, most office enviroments have a device called a firewall/or a gateway between you and the internet.  This device is used to filter out virus filled websites, content deamed innapropriate and it also is often used to log where employees browse when surfing the internet.


  2. I'm pretty sure they can see which pages are being accessed. lol.

  3. yeah you can. Its thru your router or firewall. what you need to do is enable web logging/proxy logging. it may be enabled by default. Some routers even have the option of sending these reports to your email. Firewalls will give you a more detailed report and are easier to use.
