  2. im guessing there is a way, since there is no biological relation between the two people.

    but why would someone do that? i mean, why would they bother adopting a kid if they were going to treat him or her differently? an adopted kid should have the same rights as a biological one.

    especially when he or she finds out they were not included in the trust..

    thats gotta hurt.

    If you adot someone that means

    you take them in as TRUE family so...

    i dont know if thats being very "true"
