There's no right or wrong answer. A person with anorexia is not necessarily really lightweight (anorexics come in all shapes and sizes - extreme weight-loss is one of the effects of a fairly long period of suffering the illness) and a child is not necessarily weak. And define the kids age? A kid to me would be someone up to about 16 years of age and some 15 year olds are very strong!
