Can an arab-mulsim man do this???

Have a serious relationship with a girl who is not an arab-muslim? What if she converted and became a muslim?

the only thing is if they have kids, they must be raised muslim

yes, why not? An arab muslim man can get to know a non-arab or even a non-muslim. A muslim man can marry a christian or jewish woman, but they are recomended to marry a muslim woman by the Koran. so if she converts thats even better.

The way it works is a Muslim man can marry outside his faith to a Christian or Jew but a Muslim women is forbidden to marry a man of another faith unless he converts to Islam.
