Can an armored serurity leally pull a gun if you are not threatening?

I am a Bellman and in uniform for a casino/hotel in las vegas. The guard told me to walk around the truck. When I told him that I couldnt,because I him had to get to the luggage room where he was parked, he then put his hand on his gun while surveilence caught the other guy pull his gun. The guy whopulled the gun is getting fired while the other is stillbeing investigated. My question is can I take any legal action?

You can sue anyone, but you must show damages to collect money. Without damages, you just wind up with a judgement in your favor, and a big attorney bill to pay.

You have no loss, you were not injured or traumatized and you will not be able to win in court.
