Can an ecs pt890t-a handle a core 2 duo quad ?

i have a Home Build that has a core 2 duo 2.2. I need to know if it compatible with a core 2 duo quad. they are both 775lga but is that all that matters?

May be teh Q6600 or Q6700 but anything above that I doubt it very much duw to the FSB speed and the 890 chipset.
