I am in California and am paid a salary plus quarterly comissions. I was paid my Q1 commissions at the end of May and my Q2 commissions wil be paid end of August. July 1, my employer lowered my payouts and retroactive to the beginiing of the year. Not only is my Q2 commission, 20% less, I have to pay back 20% of my Q1 commissions which was already paid to me.
