i didnt understand your ? 100% but if u want to put a pool on your roof u need to find out if your roof will support the weight(obviously). more than likely it was not built to do so(?), but if u can get a copy of blueprints for your house it will specify.  if u are serious about this project have a general building/remodeling contractor come out and meet with u on it. most give free estimates .
