Can an ex wife have her exes child support arrears dismissed in court

I don't think so -it would amount to the court voiding its own Order and that's very rare.

She can state to the court she has received compensation and other valuable considerations that bring the account to current.

I know that in Ca. you can definately as for other states not so sure. you can ask the dcss worker about a program like that. Every state SHOULD have one wheter or not they do is comepltely different. Oh and only if the arrears are owed to her, not to the state (welfare)
