If somebody is an illegal immigrant from Mexico, here since 5 yrs of age, but wants to leave the US and go to Canada on a plane, will they be able to leave the US as long as they have their Mexican Passport? Even if they aren't allowed back in the US, that's not an issue.

Also -- This person is not in the US by choice, they were 5 when they were brought here by parents. Anyway they are also married to a Canadian Citizen.

  1. if getting back to the US isn't an issue where is going to go? stay illegally in Canada? he will be questioned by Canadian immigration on entry to Canada and may be denied

  2. Yes, it is possible but not uncomplicated. One of my collegues had a similar case. Please email me if you would like me to look into it.

  3. Your friend will have to show valid government issued photo ID (the passport should do it) to board a plane in the US.  That should be all that will be necessary.  The US really does not care about who is leaving, only about who is entering.  There should be no difficulty leaving the US.  The first stop will be Canadian Customs and Immigration.

  4. Leaving shouldn't be any problem. The problem may be getting into Canada and remaining there (especially if you want to do so legally).

  5. neither country wants criminals in there country.I know you were brought here as a child but it still makes you a petty criminal(your family stole  many things in the USA,including but not limited to education, safety, freedom ) Mexico is your country it would be advisable to go there first and then apply for a Canadian entry visa as not to be a criminal in Canada too.

  6. Could sneak their butt back across into Mexico, the same way they here....  I think there should be a 5,000 bounty on every illegal caught....
