  1. No, didn't you see what happenned in Chicago with that women who hid out in a church because her kid could stay but not her. I'm so sick of illegal immigrants breaking our countries laws and then trying to get sympathy. I understand why they come here and don't hold it against them or think they're terrible people but you broke our laws and were going to enforce our laws. Why should illegals get better treatment than our citizens.

  2. I know of a Mexican woman that was deported back to Mexico, she had 4 American born children. Is that tell you anything.? Things are tougher for illegal immigrants, whether they have US born children or not

  3. No, not really.

  4. An illegal alien has a better chance of getting a visa or otherwise being able to stay in the United States if they have a child that was born here, however they can still be deported with the child.  (The child, if a US citizen, can return when they are 18.)

If an illegal immigrant has a baby that is not a US citizen, the illegal immigrant and baby can still be deported just the same.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement have a lot of work to do, and, just as with any other law enforcement agency or government agency, they have limited resources to do their job.  Therefore, they must prioritize.  And so in doing this, ICE is more likely to worry about major offenders, such as those helping illegals on a grand scale, major employers of illegals, illegal aliens that have committed crimes beyond the illegal entry (illegal entry is actually a CIVIL offense), and other like violators.  Therefore, a guy simply doing his best to follow the laws and earn a little bit of money to send back to his family is not a high priority on ICE's list.  Even further down on the list is families with a baby.  Because ICE is then responsible for detaining the family and baby.

  5. Of course not.  You remain a deportable illegal alien.  And if you fail to exercise your child's right to citizenship in your country of citizenship, and get your child a passport from your own country, and take the child with you when you depart or get deported, you are abandoning your child by leaving it behind.  Child abandonment is a felony.  Your parental rights can be terminated, and the child taken from you to give to adoptive parents.  If you ever set foot in this country again, you can do time in prison for child abuse/abandonment and then be permanently barred from the US.

All immigration-law violators must depart or be deported.  No lawbreakers wanted!

  6. Yes.  Why do you think there's so many Mexicans and their brats in California.

Don't get me wrong.  I love most Mexicans.  I just hate the ones who have a ridiculous number of children and don't bother supervising them.  Just the other day I saw a toddler run into the road.  I scooped him out of the street just as a car was coming.  Next thing I know, a woman with an infant in her arms and a four year old chasing her comes running at me screaming in Spanish.  She was accusing me of kidnapping her kid.  So, I told her in English (I always use English first) that her kid was in the street.  She didn't understand me.  So, I switched to Spanish.  She changed her tune.  It's obvious that she had each of those kids while she was still breastfeeding another.  Jeez, woman, birth control around here is free, even to illegals.  Especially to illegals.

The mothers are still illegal aliens.  The child is a US citizen, but the parents can stay...  but they can't work.

  7. No. Through the laws of Jus Soli her child becomes a US Citizen, but this has zero impact on her immigration status, legal or illegal. If she was illegal before the had the baby, she's still illegal now she has a child who is a US Citizen.

  8. NO ~ the child is American by birth has no effect and wont change the parent Immigration status here in US.

  9. No- the child can stay but the illegal immigrant's status doesn't change simply because they give birth .

  10. No, the Illegal Alien is still an Illegal Alien. And according to the 14th Amendment, neither the parents of the child, nor the child are citizens.

  11. Nope!

Remember Elvira whats her name?  She got deported despite that poor child she used as a shield.  Doesnt help much at all these days.

  12. Probably so, illegals do just about whatever they want to.

  13. legally, no. the mother of the child was here illegally. by what legal standing would she have to remain in this country? when it comes right down to it, she's still an illegally immigrant and should be treated as such. deported.

  14. Yep, they are referred to as "anchor babies".  The baby becomes a citizen, so they can't really deport the mother and leave the baby all alone.  That's the first thing that needs to be fixed, regarding immigration.  The children of illegal immigrants should not be granted citizenship, then you can deport the whole illegal family.

    EDIT

While the mother doesn't become a citizen, the odds of her being deported drops from slim to just about 0.  So technically, the above people are right, but in reality, I'd like to see how many people were actually deported, and forced to leave their baby in America.

  15. Nope.
