Can an increased appetite be an early sign of pregnancy?

Also there is some moodiness and some increased urination. Im asking this on the behalf of my daughter. She also has PCOS, but is there still a chance of pregnancy??

early pregnancy symptoms are the exact same as PMS symptoms.

4 sure, my increased appetite was the only sign...get her a pregnancy test today...

they are all signs, but they can also be signs of pms, sickness or just growing :)
