I have a copy of the judgment as well as the SSN of the judgment debtor . . . the address that I listed on the complaint is not the same as his last known address, so I'm not sure if it will get on his credit report.

  1. The credit bureaus are in the business of gathering information   They regularly search through public records, and they will find this judgment and add it to his report.

Some smaller courts are not as well organized and not computerized, so it may take longer.

You, and the judgment creditor, can not simply send a copy of the judgment to them.  They will not accept it.

The address on the judgment is assumed to be their current address.  If they can not find a record they will create a new file. Eventually the debtor's new address will catch up with them and the files will be merged.

  2. The judgment will be reported to the CRA's through the court itself.  And they report by his SSN.

If and when he does decide to pay you, you are entitled to interest also which is based upon your states rules.
