If you mean an organization like the UN that has no real political power, gives power to Communist countries like China and Russia (not Communist, but almost), and does nothing to actually help the world? Yes.

Well humm.. what about the live organ donor program they have too. No one seems to want to stop that either. The whole world is run by a bunch of corrupt maniacs.I have not seen anyone that is sensible that actually is in charge of anything.

Absolutely. But your China fact brings up an interesting issue. Why are China and North Korea on the UN Human Rights Commission if they have no respect for human rights? Does this not strike you as odd?
