  1. No, if the pump says $5.00, that's all you have to pay. If you were in a grocery store and the Porterhouse steak was mistakenly marked 5 cents a pound, when you got to the register, the law says they would have to sell it to you at that price.

  3. No, that is so illegal, you need to call your local chamber of commerce or the Better Business Bureau. The phone numbers are in the phone book. They should not be getting away with that.
