  1. Of course it could.  But I don't think you'll have to worry about one anytime soon.

  2. I don't think it's possible to have another great depression like that simply because of technology.

Sadly instead of fearing a great depression I think it is more likely, with the current trend, the politcos will collapse the dollar to the point our whole financial system would collapse. Without a viable treasury chaos would ensue. All bets are off.

  3. No. Fall safes were put in place during the Great Depression so that it wouldn't happen again. And it won't.

  4. Looks like we are about to find out. What a mess this country is in.

  5. Although not impossible it's very doubtful we'll have another depression of that magnitude.  The government has set itself up with checks and balances like the FDIC to help protect us from that kind of disaster again.

  6. Yes,and worse. There will be no pulling together as in that era.And the entire world goes down with us soon. And then comes the cashless society.Perhaps a short period of Ameros whilst the Globalists put the finishing touches on the Fascist New World Order.A stop off for WW3 as planned. And a an "answer man" to solve everything.http://greatdepression2.org/    http://www.stopthenorthamericanunion.com...  http://www.financialsense.com/editorials...   http://www.rense.com/general81/extr.htm
