Can any 1 tell me when cleaning boat motor with fresh water how long should u leave motor running 4?

Do you need the motor running at all? usually you just connect your hose to the intake and use a good cleaning additive for an outboard, then spray thoroughly around the external parts.

Flush it for at least 5 minutes.

run it until the water becomes fresh ,, you can taste it to see........ just put your mouth under the tell tail then run it a little more  and yes you need the motor running,,, this may only take one minute

you can go for longer if your gonna leave the motor for a long time, but if your definately gonna use it the next day , theres no need to flush it at all

cause the salt water wont dry and crystelize over night...but its good to do it any way in case you dont use it and forget
