Can any 250v power cord be used for behringer vmx-300 mixer and what does it mean by a 250v fuse?

Normally. portable cords are rated 600V as required by the electrical code and all can therefore be used in any 250V equipment provided its ampere rating meets the equipment's power consumption.

Glass fuses have voltage ratings. Choose the 220V rating. Others have 12V rating which might also work but might cause the glass to break when it ruptures.
