The following links and sites will give you the institutes which teach French at Mumbai. Out of these the first two , ' Alliance Francaise' have been established by the French Government for the teaching of French, and upliftment of the French Culture in India. The teachers are most often from France. Thus the fees are also much less. I have studied at Alliance Francaise Pondicherry.
