First of all tell me r u a Mech. Engineering graduate ?

Then Ok You did a right thing in completeing this.

See ME is a subject which could be called as a Universal one which is suitable for u to take any job in this world.

You can go Software, or Prod. Or Design or mainte. or Automobiles or PetorChemicals or Construction. any thing.. which yever u like ..

See. you need not to worry at all about ur future .

You stick to the ME field first try to get some experience in some field which is of your interest..

for eg. I too did ME from Bangalore University in 1996 .. I was very interested to be in maintenance of Heavy construction Equipment .. hence I started my self with small co. then I went to KSA , KUWAIT , Dubai , in L&T india , at presently I am in Bahrain with a good Contr. Co my package when was in India was around 12 L per annum till Jan 2008 then I am here at a package of 32 L

see i told this story to just boost your confidence..

as compared to other so many syudents who are just jumping to Software field I suggest u to be in the MEch field as there are so many opprtunities there for u here as the market has lot of demand for MEs
