okay sumbody has cashed in my stocks an i was wondering how do i find out who did it

  1. If this was a publicly traded company, the chance of you getting this information is slim to none since the statue for record maintenance has well past.   No transfer agent is required to keep records that go back 50 years.

    If the company was a publicly traded company you can contact the transfer agent and give them the certificate number that you had.

    You will also have to provide them with your social security number for proper identification.

    If the company was not a publicly traded company you can contact the company themselves and give them the certificate number, along with your social security number

    Don't expect to get any position responses to this request, it is unreasonable and you are not protected by any laws governing such matters.
