Can any freshman in high school can get a scholarship for a college?

I want to get good scholarship

and my friend got 3.2 gpa and 1700 in sat and he still got 70% scholarship for florida state college

so it is possible to get 100% scholarship if you have 4.0 gpa and 2000 in sat

I am 13 and I have already been invited to colleges, but not for scholarships yet. I think you will have to be pretty impressing to get one that young!!! I play the drums and hope to get a scholarship for either that or academics.
