Cant find anything on MotoGP but there is a new V8 championship between Holden and Ford, 5or 6 races.

Not that I have heard of.

Another track will be be great, but it will have to be a belter to Phillip Island.

Do you mean Taupo Motorsport Park ?

If so its already built, Don't know how near/far it is from Hamilton, in 2006 there were talks/possibilities of Moto GP being held there - but I'm not aware of its progression or if its next year even.
