Can any one find me a bunch of ab developing recipes to go with my ab defining exercises?

I'm looking for a way to add to ab defining techniques. Can any one find me a couple good sites of recipes to look up to help? I heard spinach, nuts, and a bunch of other foods are great, but I'd like to get a couple recipes to incorporate them.

  1. to be candid, the food doesnt have anyspt on the abs, so far u are on a healthy diet, the amount or the type of sit ups u do defines ur abs, nothing else. sit ups are easy to do, and u can do it anywhere, not just in the gym.do it with legs flat, half folded fully folded, then side to side, straight up and bunch of others


  2. if i can just say protein meals and fruit vege and nuts are the best but people always ask whats best for abs  take it from me up hill walking and jogging.or even up steps. try it.
