Reptile is correct....and further, by selling their own cloth bags, they can turn a profit on 'going green'....and on top of that, get free advertizing right there on their cloth bag.

well its common sense really. if they give the bags away free after buying them then they lose money.if they stop giving them away they don't, therefor they make more money. brain surgery it isn't.
