No scientists will disagree the world is undergoing a global climate change. Perhaps you can find some scientists who would argue that humanity is not the cause, but this is the position of outliers due to the most recent IPCC report that states just the opposite.

If you want someone to flat out deny global warming, you need to look to the politicians.

recently around 31000 scientists signed a document saying that there is no proof of global warming being caused by man-made activities.

This group suggests that even though the earth has warmed a degree or so in the last 100 years, that there is no evidence of global warming being man-made. They state that the global warming science has yet to be decided. The evidence is by no means overwhelmingly in favor of global warming.
