  1. I can relate. I have been diagnosed with binge-eating/bulimia,anxiety disorder, severe depression, sensitivity to noise, OCD and borderline personality disorder. Its been over 5 yrs and I have on daily medications and routine therapy. You will definately need to get into treatment asap. DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) is for the BPD. It helps alot. It teaches you how to work within your illness and be able to live. Therapy in general have done wonders for me. It does suck knowing that right now, I need meds to keep my stable, but I look at it like I have diabetes and I need my "insulin" to stay well. I have a family and they need me well. The mood swings , rude social behavior, hiding out in my room, not talking , not interacting with my kids or friends. Its not the way to live. For yourself, please contact a psychologist and psychiatrist asap. Just when you think it cant get worse. it will. And you will struggle and live with this for the rest of your life, its hard, but with the right people and doctors and support, you will get better...

  2. Well one thing is for sure, you don't lead a boring life! Just because someones name is followed by a bowl of alphabet soup, it doesn't make that person all knowing!

You might even have all this stuff wrong with you (or you could have been having a really bad day) but that doesn't mean you're going to stay that way.

After all, you weren't born this way, you got here the long way around! What makes you think you are going to stay this way? The only constant in life; is change. We cannot depend on anything to remain the same in life, not even ourselves.

Do not judge yourself, by how others judge you. They don't know you for real. They only know you, by how let yourself be seen by them.Only you can judge yourself.

Are you hopeless? Of course not!

Can you change? Of course you can! All living things change, it is part of life. (Dead things change too, they just don't have any choices in the matter)

As a living being, you have the right to choose how you want to change.

I have PTSS ( Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome) and get out of my house on a daily business with the aid of a service dog named ROXANNE. Am I still afraid to go out? Yes, but not as much as I used to be.
