Can any one help me find a post graduate program in london for sociology/communications?

Gradschools.com (http://www.gradschools.com/) may be of help.  It lets you choose a general subject field, a spciality within that field and a geographic location, and then lists the universities offering that graduate program.  A number of the program listings have links to the appropriate web sites.

But some specialties are not represented, and for sociology/communications you will have to look separately under sociology and communications.

Another approach is to go directly for the colleges at the University of London.  What you will find is this:
