  1. Its gorgeous today! was just out for lunch and id say it was about 58 maybe early 60s in the sun....although ive been here since sept and the winters suck!!  It was windy like crazy and raining a lot although i heard this winter was mild comapred to most!

Supposed to rain again in a few days but im not complaining its been like two weeks since its actually rained!

  2. We're currently in a warm-spell. It can get to -3 in winter(coldest usually but normally at 5C) and up to 25c in summer at its hottest. met eireann is the national weather service. Try google searching it. The link below should help too.

  3. If you are going anytime other than summer you can expect weather in the 40-50's during the day with chances of rain on almost any day. Summer months have more sunshine and less rain with weather during the day most likely in the 60's to low 70's. You can always go to www.weather.com and look at the city's you will be visiting. they have a monthly outlook which shows historical weather conditions for each month.

  4. We all need help with our Irish climate, but so far we haven't found a way to do anything about it. ;-)

If you expect wet, cold, and windy you will not be disappointed, because that's about 80% of our weather. The rest is therefore all the more appreciated, like the last fortnight.

http://www.met.ie/ would be a site for statistics etc.

  5. Irish weather is mild with no extremes.

Can vary a lot in one day, tends to be close or soft a lot

The gulf stream prevents ireland becoming too cold in the winter.
