  1. idk

  2. Try:

    1.soil.gsfc.nasa.gov/pvg/texture1.htm

    2.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soil_textur... (try this 1st)

  3. idk means I don't know.

i think the best way to find out what the texture and structure of the soil is to try it yourself (as in experiment and explain in your own words).it also expands your understanding of the subject that's been given

also you may search on google or wikipedia.

  4. are you doing homework? If it's penn foster I can help. Otherwise I can't sorry.

  5. Soil texture describes the size of the soil particles and Soil structure  describes the soil  in terms of shape.

    From here: http://www.ecorestoration.montana.edu/mi...

And "idk" Means "I Don't Know"

    Hope this all helps :)

  6. The short of it is that soil is made up of parent material, living flora and fauna, and organic matter. The parent material is rock, sand, gravel, and some silts and clay. Size determines which category the parent material falls under. The organic components are mostly plant material with some animal (mammal, bug, fish, etc) decay, all classified as detritus in varied forms of decomposition. The living component are the soil bacteria, fungi, plant (like algae) and animal single celled/ multicelled (like nemotodes, worms and bugs and snails), and some colony types (mosses, lichens). Depending on the amount of moisture, all those living parts are in varied populations. It is the living component that breaks down the organic chunks into progressively smaller parts, living off of all that breakdown and manure, handing off those progressively smaller parts like runners handing off the batton in a marathon race. Well thats the make-up. The exact amounts of different minerals and organics will tell what the exact soil type is and that is so varied that one needs a map to sort it all out. Well, below is that map but you will have to look at the definitions yourself as that is the whole book on the subject and it is extensive enough to do your PHD dissertation.
