tell me are excise duties and motor taxation one and the same or are they two different things

  2. they are two different things.Excise duty is  a type of tax charged on goods produced within a country and motor tax is paid when you have a vehicle.

    check www.revenue.ie just to be sure but im 99% sure they're serperate
