If u want to enjoy some Pakistani Food then Visit Man-o-Salva or Tabbak in Murqab & ShahiKilla Behaind Ookaf Building on Mubarak Al-Kabeer Road. In Faheel Visit Khan Baba Hotel & Wah ji Wah hotel.

If u want to enjoy some indian food then visit maliya....& Udapi resturant near darwaza..... for arabian food...visit Nawara in Sharq.

Though it's not the greatest place, there is a Ruby Tuesday in Kuwait. It has three dining levels ( I think) and can definitely accomodate a party of five!
