KPO is Knowledge Process Outsourcing

CALL CENTRE is also like BPO... infact CALL CENTRE is one of the process in BPO...

Business Process Outsourcing---sending business processes like data entry abroad to countries like India.

Knowledge Process Outsourcing---sending information processes, like reading of medical charts to countries like India.

Call Center (Centre)---one business process, like answering questions for technical problems or billing questions for companies, which are outsources to countries like India.
