  1. http://www.k12freehomeschool.org

  2. Try http://www.k12.com first. There may be an academy or something where you live.

If there isn't one available through them, try _yourstate virtual charter school_.

If nothing comes up through that, you'll have to look elsewhere. There are a lot of popular academies. A Beka doesn't have an online academy, but they do have a DVD-based academy and look to be about half the price of the one you were looking at. Jubilee http://www.thejubileeacademy.org/ has an online academy. Zio http://www.zionacademy.com/ . There are many more. Just do a search for _homeschool academy_ and you'll come up with a lot of possibilities. Also, if you do a search for "online high school" or _yourstate/yourcity "online high school"_ you may come up with others.

  3. Try PennFoster. That's what I use.

  4. My answer depends on why you say "you NEED to homeschool your child.  It would help if you could add that reason.

  5. the best around in lincolnshire where im from which i know of is www.affordablemathssoftware.com

this has been used in many secondar schools and has improved grades stromically the only reason im commenting on it so well is because i was actually gettinng ds in maths and then are school in troduced it and well im taking on a level mathamatics now.

    hope i helped

oh p.s the site may be getting referbished on account of mycrosofts new upgrades.

  6. Like one of the other answers said, look at k12.com and see if it's available in your state.  In Ohio, they offer a virtual academy that is free of charge.  They also offer schools in quite a few other states.  Florida, California, Arizona, Colorado...to name a few.  There is no need to put out a lot of money for the same thing you can get for free.

  7. I'm a student of Laurel springs home school, I'm not sure of the price but it is a really great school!!!
