Please be more specific.

I'll assume you mean restore it to it's default settings. Here goes

start --->control panel ---> double click on "security center" --->

    

(restoring auto updates)

       ---> click on "automatic updates" ---> "automatic" ---> "apply"

(restoring firewall)

      ---> click on "windows firewall" ---> "on" ---> "ok"

(restoring default security settings)

     ---> "internet options" --->      "reset all zones to default level"--->"apply"
