Can any one pls tell me about billing job in a BPO?

Hi I am got a job in a BPO in billing section. Can you pls tell me what does billing means and what are the growth opportunities if I joined in this process?

since many are not aware of the "lingo" you use (BPO?) it's difficult to answer. Besides, if you have the job already, your immediate supervisor will tell you what your job requires and will teach you what you need to learn if you don't already know this. Good luck.
