Can any one recomend any Universities in Spain?.. especifically in Barcelona or Madrid?

It depends on what you're willing to study. Usually universities are grouped in branches like technical ones, social sciences, etc. Concerning technical studies like all kinds of engineering, architecture, etc there is Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) in Barcelona and Universidad Politecnica de Madrid (UPM) in Madrid. Both are good universities. If you want to study political sciences or just sciences you have to check Universitat de Barcelona, Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona (last one is in the outskirts of Barcelona). These 3 refer to Barcelona. I don't know their equivalents in Madrid.  One thing you need to know about: In Barcelona we speak both catalan and spanish so some classes might be given in catalan which might be an inconvinient for you.
