i live in long island i planned to visit manhattan museums ,Time square,Central park ...so can any one say some low fee parking garage near manhattan

I'd suggest that you save yourself the hassle, and take the LIRR (Long Island Rail Road)  into the city and get a 1-Day unlimited Metrocard to take the subway or bus.  Walking is also a good option in the city, too.
