  1. If you're going to address him as something other than Mayank, why did you name him Mayank?

Our ten month old daughter is named Elizabeth. We already have a Lizzie (my grandmother) and a Beth (my sister), neither of whom are Elizabeth. I've always liked the name Elizabeth, and in honor of my grandmother (and kinda my sister) we named her Elizabeth. Maybe when she is older, and knows her name, she will be Lizzie. For now, though, she is Elizabeth. When my 99-year-old grandfather caught on that our daughter was named for his wife, Lizzie, he addressed her as Lizzie. That's fine. He's Grampa. he can do that.

  2. Manny

    Little man

    Manly

  3. I personally dont think any of us can give your child a nickname, nicknames are personal..I definitely never planned any of my sons nicknames LOL and his are quite silly :]

  4. You can call him " Muku" or "Mack"....or."Anku" etc

  5. How about Mak?

  6. Mak seems fine u can also try Manu....does it really have to be around mayank....i call my daughter poo...her name is pooja...n my son gullu his name is aaryan..we never really thought about the nics they just came naturally..gud luc 2 u for ur sons

  7. I'd just call him 'MANK.' =]

    or MANKY =]

    Edit to Add:

McMom .. whaa?? what is a 'mank' or 'manky?' I've never heard of one! LOL ..

.. but then again, I've never heard of the name 'Mayank' either! =]

  8. Nicknames shouldn't be thought about IMO, they should just come out of nowhere, and one day you realise you've been calling your baby "poodlebum" (or whatever...) for the last few weeks every day without realising it.

    Edit: Rancid or disgusting!
